Terms of Service

1. About HealIn

HealIn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a directory of licensed allied health practitioners in Canada at healin.ca and app.healin.ca. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Practitioner Eligibility

To list your practice on HealIn you must:

• Hold a valid registration number with the applicable provincial regulatory body
• Maintain a current certificate of insurance
• Provide accurate information on your profile at all times
• Notify us promptly if your registration status changes

We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not meet these requirements or that we believe may mislead clients.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Directory listings require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We use Stripe to process payments; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@healin.ca within 14 days of the charge.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use HealIn to:

• Impersonate another practitioner or create a misleading profile
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download directory data
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications to other users

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

HealIn is provided “as is.” We do not verify clinical credentials beyond the information practitioners supply, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any healthcare services arranged through the platform. Always exercise your own professional judgement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealIn's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HealIn after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
